The week one online self-assessment was a really good exercise as I scored 58 in that assessment. There were many pretty good questions that were asked like how I respond to the people of other cultures whenever I mix them or do I respect them or not. It has shown me on which ground I need to work and improve those areas. For instance, I have discovered about my cultural sensitivity that I do respect other cultures and am more welcoming to people of other cultures as well. Two most important questions surprised me the most that I can not do that at any cost. For instance, there was question number six stated that I realized that when I am stressed out I am likely to make myself and my culture right and another culture wrong. According to this example, some people have a feeling of their cultural superiority and but I am glad that I don’t have this sort of sensitivity.
